"Over the last number of years I have exercised
regularly but never really achieved the results
that I was after.
I now have muscle definition I never thought I

"I was welcomed by your friendly reception
staff and briefed on the facilities. Next
I did an X-bike class with Melo which was
absolutely amazing. I have done many spin
classes in many gyms in the past but none
have challenged and entertained
quite like this one. We travelled
across Namibia into Botswana and got chased
by hyenas and charged by a Bull elephant!
WOW!!!!!!
Then the same instructor offered a Kung fu
Kick class which totally went against all
of my previous kickboxing classes and we did
a good cardio part but the part of the session
I enjoyed the most was some dynamic stretches
(apparently thousands of years old). My body
and mind have never felt so good after a class
and when I got home I felt FANTASTIC. I have
probably done over 1000 classes over the years
in lots of different gyms around Australia
but I have never experienced the true energy
and enthusiasm as I did in these two classes.

also to your gym for being something different....Thank

Bejda has been my personal trainer for some

Aleks not only helps in training me to become
fitter and loosing weight at the same time,
but also with the mental side.
The training is never boring as she changes
the routine all the time and surprises me
